Fire fighting
The fire-fighting course trains workers who know how to implement fire prevention and fire-fighting measures, evacuation of workplaces in case of serious and immediate danger and rescue. According to Legislative Decree 81/08, the employer must designate one or more workers in charge of the implementation of fire prevention, fire fighting and emergency management measures who in turn must receive specific training through fire prevention courses. The fire-fighting courses differ, by program and duration, according to the fire risk: low, medium, high.
RSPP
The meaning of RSPP is the Responsible of the Protection and Prevention Service. The definition of RSPP is given by article 2 of Legislative Decree 81 as "person in possession of the skills and professional requirements referred to in article 32 designated by the employer, to whom he responds, to coordinate the prevention and protection service from risks.
RLS
According to law 626/1994, the Workers' Safety Representative (RLS) is the person elected or designated to represent workers with regards to aspects of health and safety at work. The innovations introduced by Legislative Decree 81/2008 have made it possible to establish that within all companies the presence of a Workers' Safety Representative must be guaranteed, to whom the necessary training must be guaranteed by the employer. manage relations with workers for matters concerning health and safety in the workplace.
Training and Information for Workers
The training courses for workers provide the general and specific compulsory training prescribed by the "Consolidated Law" on Safety at Work Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments and by the Agreement of 21/12/2011, at the Permanent Conference for relations between the State, the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces. According to this legislation, all Workers must take the following courses:
"General" training course Training course
"Specification" classifiable as low, medium or high risk,
identified by the ATECO sector Refresher course every 5 years
Medical visits
Occupational medical examinations are performed by the competent doctor, otherwise known as an occupational doctor. He is a doctor appointed by the employer to monitor the psychophysical health of the workers according to the procedures established by the aforementioned Legislative Decree no. 81 of 2008.
DVR
Risk assessment and subsequent drafting of the DVR is one of the main obligations of every Employer (Articles 17, 28 and 29 of Legislative Decree 81/08). In order to assess the risks of a workplace, it is necessary to identify all the dangers associated with the activity carried out and quantify the risk, i.e. the probability that each danger will turn into damage, taking into account the extent of the potential damage.
Third category PPE training
Article 77 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 imposes the obligation of training and practical training on the correct use of 3rd category PPE, including fall arrest devices, for all workers who have to use them.
Self-propelled forklifts with driver on board
The obligation to qualify for the use of equipment derives from the State / Regions agreement of 22/02/2012, which concerns "The identification of work equipment for which specific operator qualification is required, as well as the procedures for the recognition of this qualification, the trainers, the duration, the guidelines and the minimum validity requirements of the training in implementation of article 73, paragraph 5, of the legislative decree 09/04/2008, n. 81 "
Workers for assembly, disassembly, transformation of scaffolding
The reference legislation is represented by article 136 and Annex XXI of the Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments The employer must first of all draw up, by means of a competent person, an assembly, use and disassembly plan (Pi.MUS), according to the complexity of the chosen scaffolding. In addition, the employer must ensure that the scaffolding is assembled, disassembled or transformed.
Supervisor
According to Legislative Decree 81/2008, the Supervisor has the task of supervising the work activity and guaranteeing the implementation of the directives received by checking their correct execution by the workers.
First aid workers
According to Legislative Decree 81/2008. The first aid worker is a mandatory figure for companies that have at least one employee or working partner. If the activity is carried out on shifts, the presence of a first aid worker must be guaranteed for each shift
Tower crane and furniture
The tower crane course is a theoretical-practical training course, mandatory for operators of lifting equipment, as required by Legislative Decree 81/2008. The use of work equipment that requires special knowledge and responsibilities makes a specific qualification mandatory.
Mobile elevating work platforms
UNI ISO 18893: 2020
The standard applies to all mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) intended to position people, tools and materials and which, at a minimum, consist of a work platform with controls, an extendable structure and a frame.
Truck crane
The law provides for a total of 12 hours, divided into 4 of theoretical training (a legal and regulatory module of one hour, plus a technical module of 3 hours) and 8 of practical training.
Earth moving machines
Legislative Decree 81/08 provides for a refresher course for users of earthmoving machinery (hydraulic excavators, front loaders, backhoe loaders). The Agreement of the State-Regions Conference of 22/02/2012 indicates that the qualification must be renewed within 5 years from the date of the theoretical-practical training.
